Girls on the Sunset Futsal Court building skill and fitness

 ACSO/CORE has partnered with the Deputy Sheriffs’ Activities League (“DSAL”) since 2013 to provide Health, Wellness, and Fitness Services to the residents of unincorporated Alameda County. These services are free of charge to the community and available to all residents in unincorporated Alameda County and will be specifically focused on youth, underserved, and disadvantaged communities, particularly in the Eden Area such as Ashland, Cherryland, Hayward Acres, and San Lorenzo. Health, Wellness, and Fitness Services will include various fitness, dance, martial arts, recreation, and sports programs such as soccer, futsal, Muevete (i.e., Latin-inspired aerobic dance class), boxing, and more.
